I was asthmatic when a child, but now at 70, I am experiencing tightness again and other symptoms. On investigation I found my way to discovering what was actually happening.
My personal experience includes sulfite allergy to fresh lemons and oranges! I am still learning, but feeling much better leaving out as many products with sulphites, as possible.
