You can also attach meeting agendas, decorative invitations, powerpoints or anything else you might want to send invitees. The option to add notes, a URL and attachments are at the bottom of the event window.
Above the calendar are four buttons representing four different ways of seeing the calendar. The functions of those buttons are relatively clear. Each button changes the view of the calendar, revealing the events of the day, the week, the month, or the year.
